Who are we
Portfolio Partners is an advisory outfit that speeds up the profitability/growth of Seed and Series A/B B2B tech companies.
Our clients are startups / scale-ups that are experiencing a growth plateau, an unexpectedly long gap between raises or have just raised and want to put their new funds to good use by revamping their commercial set-up.
We engage with both client companies directly and with VCs to support particular companies in their portfolio.Either way, our clients shift to a track where they thrive by skirting any upcoming potential stress.

What we do
We guide, problem-solve and help operationalise key strategic adjustments so that clients get on a profitable growth trajectory asap. More specifically, our toolkit includes:
- Designing the pillars of commercial growth
- Building the business and monetisation models and an operationalisation roadmap
- Creating an org structure, lean + effective reporting/metrics set-up and an internal process tailored to the particular startup's DNA
- Identifying missing talent, assessing profiles, interviewing
- Handing over to internal teams as they progress on the new trajectory
Why we launched Portfolio Partners
Over the course of our collective observation and experience, we have found that founders rely on a variety of sources of support throughout their journey and that this variety can lead to silos of advice that are by nature disjointed. This can minimise the positive impact of the guidance at a crucial time. This is especially so in the absence of internal skill set and operational set-up that can absorb and act on the guidance. Therefore, we are setting up this commercial advisory that will guide, problem-solve and even help operationalise key strategic adjustments so that client VC's selected startups can get on a profitable growth trajectory asap.
